글로벌 럭셔리 브랜드 / CS Supervisor

[주요 업무]

1.      Overseeing daily Customer Services operations and monitoring level of service provided.

2.      Customer inquiry: Handle customer’s requests, receiving from both CS direct channels (call, email, messenger) as well as store inbound calls, and provide appropriate solutions and information requested accordingly to achieve customer satisfaction.

3.      Manage the team under his/her direct responsibility.

4.      Service quality: Ensure consistent level of service quality standards through KPI management agreed with the corporate team.

5.      Support order management process for e-commerce function by preparing correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

6.      Data and report management

[자격 요건]

1.      Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant department or business industry.

2.      E-commerce / digital channel experience

3.      Cosmetic & Fragrance Brand experience or luxury industry

4.      English and Korea - Fluent & Professional efficiency
