Position Summary: This position will be responsible for direct sourcing for our Korea & Japan open positions, scheduling phone, video and face-to-face interviews. As we plan to expand the TA team in APAC, we are looking for dynamic and self-driven TA specialist who relish the opportunity to talk, negotiate, convince, and influence hiring managers and potential talents. This is a great way to learn corporate recruiting from the ground up. What you can do for us: 업무 내용 - Source, engage and recruit talents via various local platforms 다양한 채용싸이트 및 플래폼을 통한 인재 발굴
- Build and maintain talents (active and passive) pipeline
- Conduct introduction and phone/video screening with candidates 지원자에게 컨텍 / 전화 통화 및 비디오 스크리닝 진행
- Analyze ATS data to devise better strategies based on recruiting flow 전략개선을 위한 ATS 데이터 분석
- Follow up the entire recruiting process from CV/Phone screening, video interviews, on-site interviews, offer briefing to onboarding
채용과정의 모든 절차 ( 이력서 리뷰, 전화 심사, 인터뷰 및 오프라인 인터뷰 및 ) 를 진행하고 관리 - Update candidate database regularly (talent mapping) and stay close to market recruiting trend
지원자 데이터베이스를 정기적으로 업데이트하고 ( Talent mapping) 시장 채용 트렌드 파악 - Design and execute recruitment strategies, including employer branding, to establish talent pipeline 회사 브랜딩을 포함한 채용 전략 설계 및 진행
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with talents and hiring managers 채용 파트너와 후보자들과의 유대관계 유지 및 강화
- Manage external recruiter relationships. Work to strengthen ties to key recruiter partners and source and open new recruiters.
외부 채용 담당자의 관계 수립 및 관리 - Plan new hire orientation training and organize successfully 신규채용의 오리엔테이션 및 트레이닝 계획
- Provide internal HR training to hiring managers 채용 관리자에게 내부 HR 트레이닝 제공
- Ad-hoc recruitment duties assigned 그 밖에 채용관련 업무
Who we’re looking for: - At least 5 years of direct recruiting / in-house Recruiter experience in both Korea & Japan markets
- Include excellent interpersonal communication skills and can influence at all levels, result oriented with skillful research and candidate sourcing
skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean; Japanese is a plus
- A positive, can-do, proactive attitude
- Good team player and able to work independently
- Proficient with standard business tools (email, voicemail, MS Office 365, etc.)
- Previous ATS experience is preferred (Greenhouse)
