[리테일/마케팅] CRM Manager

An international luxury fashion brand is searching for a CRM Manager. The selected applicant will play a pivotal role in managing client data and developing comprehensive reports to support CRM analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client data effectively
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis support to marketing and retail teams as necessary
• Support in developing strategies for attracting new clients
• Work with the internal team to develop, execute, and manage clienteling plans
• Implement CRM events including seasonal instore events, styling classes, and client classes
• Support roll out of new digital CRM tools to enhance client experience
• Train markets on new tools or upgrades
• Build a strong client-centric mindset within the retail team through training, KPIs, reporting, and incentives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant major
• More than 5 years of experience in retail or hospitality
• Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or CRM field
• Understanding of luxury clients and purchasing behaviours across different channels
• Experience in Salesforce (marketing and service clouds) is a plus
• Knowledge of CRM systems (octipas coheris) and SAP, Cegid, or Cognos is advantageous
• Proficient in verbal and written English
