- Job Title : CI (Continous Improvement) Manager (Lean Manufacturing Excellence Manager)

(1) 글로벌 린 생산 시스템 제조분야 지속적 개선 업무
(2) 제조현장 프로세스 개선, 혁신 과제 발굴 및 실행
(3) 지속적 낭비 개선 활동, 개선 업무 수행 및 결과 분석 및 해외 본사로 리포팅

- 자격 요건 :
(1) 대졸 이상 (4년)
(2) LEAN/CI/KAIZEN 제조 분야 경력 5년 이상 (필수)
(3) 영어 가능자 - 토익 800점 이상의 영어 회화 가능자 (필수)

- 우대 사항 :
(1) Lean Master (STBI 인증)
(2) Lean 6 Sigma Master Black Belt (STBI 인증)
(3) Industrial Engineering background or experiences
(4) Manufacturing Manager role in the past
(5) Production Manager position role in the past
(6) Managed a small/mid size plant by himself/herselg in the past

- Educational requirements, Certifications :
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Lean Management, or the like

- Position Summary :
The Lean Manufacturing Excellence Manager is responsible for developing and implementing continuous
improvement initiatives across the manufacturing facility to drive improved operational performance. This position
works to achieve a sustainable continuous improvement culture at the branch. This role works closely with key
leaders within the facility and cross-functional partners.

- Experiences :
• Minimum of 5 years experience in hands-on operational roles in supply chain management, engineering or manufacturing
• 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role
• Automotive experience
• Experience in applying Lean Thinking principles in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in project management

- Knowledge, skills and ability (List the MINIMUM knowledge, skills and ability required to perform the essential functions of the position) :
• Strong understanding of LEAN principles and methodologies and implementing these
• Knowledge of Six Sigma
• Ability to develop focused team activities
• Excellent communication skills
• Very good organizational skills
• Working knowledge of MS office
