[Role Overview]

KITH, a leading global street wear brand, is seeking enthusiastic Floor Advisors to enhance our store's vibrancy and deliver exceptional shopping experiences. This role involves direct customer interaction, providing personalized style consulting, managing floor zones, and handling product transactions including payments, exchanges, and refunds. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for product replenishment, inventory management, quality control, and maintaining the store’s visual and security standards. As a brand ambassador, maintaining a professional image and engaging in social media content creation are key components of this role.

[Key Responsibilities]
- Provide high-quality customer service and customized style consulting.
- Manage floor zone operations.
- Handle product payments, exchanges, and refunds efficiently.
- Ensure product replenishment and inventory management.
- Maintain product quality control and organization.
- Uphold store product image and security standards.
- Contribute to the promotion of the brand image and sales improvement.
- Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining a professional image.
- Create and update social media content to engage the community.

[Qualifications]
- High school diploma or higher.
- Creative individuals with original styling ideas preferred.
- Degree in fashion or related qualifications advantageous.
- Experience in the fashion industry desirable.
- Ability to communicate in foreign languages, especially English and Japanese, is preferred.

[Working Conditions & Incentives]
- Position Type: Full-time or part-time, with a 3-month probation period.
- Working Hours: 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, scheduled work.
- Compensation: Monthly or hourly, based on position.

Competitive annual salary, special signing bonus for flagship store team members post 6 consecutive months, and performance-based incentives twice a year for eligible employees.
