We have an exciting opportunity for Warehouse Material Handler at our location in PyeongTaek, Korea. This position will be responsible for all of the raw materials and products in&out management including shipping and inventory management.

Role and responsibilities
- - Completes daily work activities of order processing and conduct physical material movements and transactions.
- - Create and manage work to ensure all shift requirements are adequately covered to complete work within established timeframes.
- - Ensure work instructions followed and being utilized.
- - Prioritize daily tasks for the day and complete critical tasks, as necessary.
- - Support a system of measurements & metrics to monitor service levels.
- - Contribute to the safety and security of the work center, for employees, material and Material Handling Equipment (forklift, pallet jack and others).
- - Maintain and adjust space layout plans, as needed
- - Responsible for managing overall physical & oracle inventory control processes while assisting with root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies by coordinating with cross functional peers and 3PL warehouse.
- - Take care of safety yourself during the work or given the working environment and following the safety regulation & rule by EHS guide line.
- - Escalate issues clearly and in a timely manner via written and verbal communication.
- - Process development and continuous improvement initiatives within the work center.
- - Receives and audits incoming materials.
- - Conduct daily cycle counts of inventory.
- - Processes materials to return to warehouse, supplier/vendor etc.
- - Expedites/communicates missing or quality issues within the work center.
- - Files documentation in accordance with department procedures.
- - Packages, wraps, confirms materials approved for shipping.
- - Ensure work instructions followed and being utilized.
Education and experience
- - High school diploma or Associate degree in relevant field
- - Entry level ~ above 2 years related experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing or distribution.
- - Oracle, SAP, Business Objects, Power BI and SharePoint experience strongly preferred.
- - Proficient with Word, Outlook and Teams. Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint a plus.
- - Strong problem solving skills and self-starter.
- - Experience operating Powered Industrial Equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks preferred (지게차 면허증 or 지게차 운전 경험)

- - Requires working knowledge of operations and inventory.
- - Requires ability to understand existing processes and work instructions.
- - Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced working environment.
- - Knowledge of order fulfillment, cycle counting, quality audits, material receipts.
- - Strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction through prioritization, quality, efficiency and professionalism.
- - Ability to complete assignments with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
