ㅁ Human Resources/Labor Manager • Staffing/Temp Agency Relations • Ensures adequate Temp staffing of all shifts. • Processes Temp agency invoices. • Creates daily roster of hourly workers expected for work across all shifts.
ㅁ Worker Comp. • Addresses all injuries/accidents reported. • Ensures reports are created and reportable injuries logged. • Monitors injury treatment and Return to Work activities. • Creates and posts end of year OSHA log.
ㅁ Employee Relations • Addresses all complaints brought forward by Temps or Uriman employees. • Investigates all EEO complaints and takes statements from Complainant and witnesses.
• Writes final report with recommendations. ㅁ Training • Recommends and conducts training at specified or statutory intervals.
• Creates training when none exists.
ㅁ Safety
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge with changes in safety rules and modifies or creates policies and/or training. • Proactively advocates for change in process/equipment before and when safety issues arise.
