ㆍPartner with HQ EME Engineering team to execute Korea focused programs and projects
ㆍParticipates in the planning of the project with respect to the goals of the project, overall scheduling, risk analysis/contingency plan, and installation checklistsㆍParticipates in the definition phase of the projects. Understanding the technical scope as defined in the contract, attending customer kick-off meeting, collects starting information, collects & produces definition material for customer and Sales supportㆍImplementation and supervision of application engineering, ensuring quality of engineering as per definition, logistic order initialization, communication with other engineering teams, pre-FAT inspections, preparing project purchase proposals, FAT plan, attending customer FAT, getting FAT approval from customer, effective implementation for change management and progress reporting. Projects may include frequent travel to client sites in KoreaㆍInstallation and commissioning of IDS systems (SW&HW) at site, responsible for progress reports to customerㆍDeliver presentations confidently to all project stakeholdersㆍSupport the development of the Korea program delivery strategy and assist Korea in-country team members in support of key deploymentsㆍBroadly support regional business development initiatives
지원자격
ㆍBachelor’s degree or higher in engineering. Major in Electrical, Electronics, Electromagnetics, Microwave engineering preferred
ㆍExtremely professional in terms of appearance, phone manner, and group presentation skills
ㆍProactive and persistent with well-developed analytical skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills that include a minimum of the following:
→ Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, concise manner for a non-technical audience
→ Ability to interact with all levels of an organization effectively
→ Ability to confidently defend technical recommendations utilizing sound industry standards and referencing past performance. Self-starter that shows the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
ㆍEntry level can apply, a minimum of one (1) year experience either in Company or University R&D Laboratory in EM engineering field is preferred.
ㆍExperience in utilization of EM S/W (FEKO, ANSYS, CST, Galileo EME etc.) is a plus.
ㆍAdvanced experience of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Hangul is preferred.
ㆍFluent in Korean with Advanced English language capabilities
ㆍUnderstanding of Risk Assessment / Risk Management
ㆍShould be willing to travel extensively within Korea and overseas
