-포워딩 (해상/항공) 업무 경력자를 모십니다.
-동일직무 5년 이상 재직 중인 분에 한하여 입사 지원 바랍니다.
-영어 가능자
-근로기준법을 준수하며 최장 연차30일 가능(포괄임금제)

Job Description:
 Handling all Import & Export Operations processes as per company Standard operating
procedures (SOPs).
 Coordinate between the clients and suppliers to ensure receiving containers/shipment in
the right time at port supported with the required documents.
 Respond to customers inquiries regarding prices and types of services & how to provide
an integrated logistic & freight forwarding services.
 Receive clients’ approvals on the services and coordinate with them in case of delay in
receiving a booking confirmation.
 Open a file for each client operation and maintain needed documents in it.
 Prepare the shipping declaration with the client’s data and present it to the shipping line
or its agency.
 Withdraw the shipping order from the shipping line or its agencies in order to start
executing the freight forward / logistic service.
 Ensure fulfilling the clients’ operation file with the required documents before closing the
operation file.
 Coordinate with the customs broker to ensure executing the export forwarding operation
as it should be, and act as the link between the customs clearance and the clients to
request, provide, and submit the required documents.
 Collect the required customs clearance documents & forward it to the client

Requirements:
 Have a minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the freight forwarding industry.
 Successfully completed an academic degree, ideally with a focus on logistics.
 Familiar with Trade Regulatory requirements
 Good contact with major Carriers and cargo transport/hauliers service providers.
 Familiar with major trade lane business/competition environments
 Strong desire to achieve Customer Focused Organization.
 Working proficiency in English and Korean
