ㆍResponsible for manufacturing process/utility setup & continuous
   improvement
ㆍResponsible for MOC(Management of Changes) / Capital project
   release & update
ㆍImprovement of cost productivity activities
ㆍResponsible for quality and process/utility documents management
ㆍSet-up qualification process of new raw materials & products
ㆍInitiate automation/digitalization/optimization ideas for
   process & safety ㆍimprovement
ㆍTechnical engineering support to plant operations as necessary
Major Tasks Strategy/Business Analysis
ㆍAnalyze and challenge business development
ㆍDeveloping and implementing recommendations for action to achieve
   sustainable economic success of Polymers Asia; Identify areas of
   improvement, propose and discuss with VP Polymers Asia and Global
   Divisional Controlling and initiate / implement actions
ㆍImplement measures to increase productivity and profitability for
   Polymers Asia
ㆍPresent and comment actual business development in regular divisional
   meetings
ㆍCoordinate with other functional departments, Supply Chain Management,
   Plant Management, Operations Controlling and projects teams in daily
   operation, conduct economic calculations for investment projects;
   critical audit of profitability and related risks incl. structured summary;
   Investment controlling: economic evaluation of investments, critical
   examination of profitability and risks incl. structured summary statement.

Reporting
ㆍCoordination of analyses and preparation of relevant data for regional
   reporting:
ㆍPlausibility check of data
ㆍQuarterly reporting internal/external
ㆍPreparation of regional and cross-regional topics
ㆍPreparation for accurate monthly Controlling reports for local and global
   management in time
ㆍSet up monthly standardized management reporting tools and KPI’s for
   sales, costs and profits
ㆍQuarterly submission of WOS report data with cost saving forecast for
   Asian production
ㆍProviding and supporting regarding Asian plant related KPI to VP Asia and
   global functions ; Provision of up-to-date, target-oriented information
   regarding Polymers Asia topics as well as customer-oriented analyses
필수/우대 ㆍ경력 : 3년~5년
ㆍ학력 : 대졸(4년제) 이상
ㆍBachelor degree in chemical engineering or its equivalent.
ㆍ3-5yrs experience in chemical plant is preferred
ㆍGood English ability(reading/writing/speaking) is required
ㆍExperience in PSM engagement is preferred
ㆍOverall understanding on Mechanics/E&I is preferred
