DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES
 ㆍDevelop new prospects and interact with existing customers
   in the assigned districts/ areas.
ㆍForecast and implement the monthly/quarterly/annual sales plan to ensure
   achievement of agreed sales targets and profit targets and broader
   total business objectives.
ㆍSupport the Manager in the development of Sales Activity Plan and to
   implement effective call planning.
Sales Plan
Implementation		 ㆍBuild relationships with both external and internal customers to capitalize on
   all business opportunities.
ㆍIdentify key opinion leaders and work with Sales Manager to ensure
   development of strong business relationships.
ㆍUnderstand and communicate the needs and expectations of the customers
   to ensure to meet and exceed customer expectations.
ㆍAct as direct customer contact to address and resolve customer concerns.
ㆍUndertake activities in accordance with relevant KPls
   (such as call management, customer profiling).
ㆍDeliver scientific information on the product including therapeutic indication,
   disease states and latest clinical data.
ㆍSupport company hosted medical events (symposium, Academy,
   booth exhibition, etc.) to help customers get the product related
   medical information
ㆍOrganize and implement scientific events (product briefing, seminar, etc.)
   to efficiently deliver product information.
Reporting and
Analysis		 ㆍMeasure success of sales performance and activities conducted within the area.
ㆍRecord all sales activities (i.e. Daily Sales Report) and market intelligence
   within relevant report on daily basis.
ㆍUndertake monthly analysis of sales and implement action to ensure
   achievement within agreed parameters.
ㆍReport adverse event and complaint case to responsible personnel
   in a timely manner as trained.
Job Requirements ㆍUniversity degree, preferably majored in bio-health area
ㆍ5-15 years of sales experience in healthcare industry
   (medical device business experience preferred)
ㆍSolid channel & KOL management
ㆍStrong planning and analytical skills
ㆍHighly self-motivated and self-disciplined
ㆍPresentation & Negotiation skills
ㆍDirect Sales experience
ㆍGood command of English will be a plus
