㈜보스반도체는 차량용 반도체에 필수적인 고성능 저전력 반도체 설계, 중앙처리장치(CPU) 및 그래픽, 고속 신호 인터페이스 등 시스템 반도체를 개발해 글로벌 수준의 팹리스를 목표로 하고 있습니다.

[Introduction to BOS semiconductors]
Our company was launched with the vision of “Leading mobility innovation with semiconductor technology” mainly targeting autonomous driving SOC, Mega MCU, and Gateway SOC for the automotive domain. We aim to provide a total solution that includes the design and development of semiconductors and software. We were able to raise over 10 billion Korean Won in just one year since our establishment and additional follow-up funding is scheduled. All members who have already joined have extensive technical background in the semiconductor industry and are from well-established, global big tech companies. Our HQ is located at Pangyo, Korea and an Engineering R&D Center is located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We are also planning to set up an automotive SOC SW R&D center in India for connectivity and multimedia IP software and firmware for functional verification.


[Main Responsibilities ]
• Architecting AI compiler framework, high performance kernel and acceleration onto in-house NPU hardware architectures.
• Build and optimize a scalable machine learning compiler on a grid structure of NN compute cores
• Work on 'graph'-level and 'mid'-level compiler optimizations using MLIR and TVM for AI workloads given.
• Develop and optimize compute kernels for data conversion/movement, and ops computation.
• Thorough analysis of model execution profiling results and explore solutions to deliver end-to-end workload performance.
• Write tests and benchmarks to validate and evaluate our solutions.
• Contribute to the development of the industry-leading machine learning framework core compilers to support new state of the art inference
and AI accelerators and optimize their performance.
• Collaborate with peers in SW, Architecture and HW teams.

[Job Qualifications]
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, machine learning, mathematics, or related field.
• Strong programming skill in C/C++, and Python
• Experience in accelerating deep learning models or libraries on hardware architectures.
• Experience working with machine learning compiler frameworks such as TVM, MLIR and ONNX Runtime.
• High-performance code generation and optimization.
• Loop Optimizations such as vectorization, fusion, parallelization, etc.
