[나이키코리아/역삼] MPO 3rd Party Platform Admin

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?   
Korea Marketplace Operations (MPO) looking for an admin who will support 3PP partner communication, supply planning analysis and assist order management throughout the seasons.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

On any given day you might be performing 
- Support fulfillment coordination for product supply: sales order creation, partner communication for shipping window, generate and provide weekly base shipment forecast, capture and send advanced shipment notification (ASN) to partner, and product supply & shipping tracking
- Administrate revenue recognition and month closing thru collaborated with Finance:   data validation and SAP Order Management (OM) error & exception case handling as per instruction.
- Support Partner Return Management: validate pre-defined standard data matrix to be exchanged between partner and Nike for returns. Winshuttle script execution for manual Return Sales Order (RSO) creation based on data matrix. SAP Return Sales Order (RSO) error & exception cases handling based upon playbook and data validation with finance.
- Test Support for System Integration: as per guideline, collaborated with teams to build test data  matrix, test scenarios, prepare test materials, create test orders, validate transaction data, and manage SAP error & exception cases.  
- Support Transition Management for System Integration from Soft Launch: collaborated with Finance for Inventory Adjustment and related SAP order maintenance.
- Administrate & support standard season buying/clean-up cycle, generate coverage report, NO DSM (unmatched Demand and Supply) review and aged order clean-up.
- Take on assignments/reports generation as needed.

 WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
On You will be working with territory Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC) and cross functional teams – Demand Supply Management (DSM), Finance, Logistics. Reporting to MPO NDDC&O2O Director.
