CONTEXT
ㆍKorea is a strategic growth geography where the Levi’s® brand expression, visibility and
 awareness are critical given the high level of competitions from premium lifestyles brands to
 vertically integrated brands. For that reason, we are looking for a pioneering DTC Assistant
 Marketing Manager.


JOB PURPOSE & KEY METRICS
Build a best and next in Levi’s® Red Tab CRM program that will contribute to
 revenue growth
 - Member Acquisition
 - Member revenue
Accelerate DTC, levi.com and marketplace revenue growth
 - Levi.com traffic
 - Levi.com and marketplace revenue
 - Retail Traffic and revenue

CRM
Lead the planning and execution of the CRM and Loyalty program across Korea by
working closely with EAP CRM team

Develop a Korea harmonized CRM strategy and plan that drive fashion and lifestyle
Develop geo CRM strategies & market guidance - inclusive of segmented member strategies,
 communications and content recommendations - that help drive seamless omni-channel
 consumer experience and drive demand for our seasonal initiatives; partner closely with
 EAP CRM, commercial & Korea merch partners to ensure geo alignment.
Drive the growth of the Levi’s® Red Tab members and oversee direct communications
 with consumers.
Coordinate and execute CRM plans, KPIs and market guidance - inclusive of segmented
 member strategies, communications and content recommendations - that help drive
 seamless omni-channel consumer experience and drive demand for our seasonal initiatives
Deliver a CRM activation plan for every season based on Levi’s® Marketing,
 Merchandising & Retail insights.
Customer Journey Mapping – build and maintain dashboards and monitors for analyzing
 touch points with the organization and maximizing commercial opportunities.
Weekly and monthly report update
Work closely with the retail & e-commerce team to develop compelling content & assets
Implement store staff training documentation and delivery in collaboration with
 EAP CRM team
Manage CRM agencies including results and reviews
Manage project budgets and all required reporting requirements with accuracy
Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends,
 new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
Develop a tool to better introduce the Levi’s® Red Tab CRM program to consumers –
 brochure, pop, etc.

ECOMMERCE
Support the planning and execution of Influencer marketing and Social and help Levi’s® stand out through the social clutter and noise

Execute a comprehensive SEO, display and paid social in partnership with key stakeholders.
 Measure performance; test, learn and scale.
Develop and support a comprehensive marketing plan and calendar to support levi.com
 (inclusive of performance media, SEO/SEM, livestreaming and marketplace activation)
Ensure that the campaign assets are well developed and implemented on levi.com.
Be the UX/UI brand guardian on levi.com and marketplace (incl. PDPs)
Manage the performance media budget to drive traffic and revenue to levi.com
Report results and KPIs
Manage and review the SEO/SEM, livestreaming and performance media agencies’
 performance and capabilities.
Identify the best and next practice in ecommerce marketing

Event

Support marketing events to create brand momentum at retail store to strengthen loyalty and
provide added value to Levi’s® Red Tab CRM program.
ㆍPlan and execute various events to increase store traffic, drive revenue and customer loyalty.
ㆍDevelop and execute CRM marketing strategies to promote events and attract attendees.

MANAGERIAL COMPETENCIES
The Korea DTC assistant marketing manager will have a proven ability to demonstrate the
following :
Experience :
ㆍ5+ years of progressive marketing experience including CRM, understanding of the
 various types of consumer media, media strategy, planning and buying.
ㆍ5+ years of experience working with the agencies (CRM, event, paid media) to achieve
 the goal
ㆍExcellent attention to detail and accuracy with exceptional planning and organizational skills
 and ability to multi-task, manage priorities and deadlines with superior follow-through.
ㆍCommunicating in English written, verbal and presentation skills.
ㆍPlanning and execution: establish plans, manage and improve process, drive execution
ㆍDrive for global / EAP leverage with an ability to challenge when appropriate

QUALIFICATIONS & FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES
The Korea DTC assistant marketing manager will be qualified in Marketing,
Business Management or similar discipline as well as 5-7 years proven experience in the
following:

Consumer Insights: Strong understanding of Korea Gen Z culture and what it means for Style
Strong understanding of Korea Ecommerce landscape
Best in class experience in performance media
Experience of performance marketing analytics, ecommerce content management tools
 and ability to analyse ecommerce and retail results and advertising ROI
Experience in marketing or event planning and execution
Working knowledge of performance media
Experience in managing CRM and loyalty programs
Multinational company experience preferred

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
The KOREA DTC assistant marketing manager will report to the Korea Marketing manager and will liaise extensively with:

North Asia Marketing Head
EAP DTC marketing head
Korea PR & Social assistant manager
Korea Brand Experience team
CRM agency
SEO and Performance paid media agencies
Event agency
