잔류 가스 분석, 누출 감지, 전력, 오존 생성, 반응성 가스 생성 및 진공 기술 분야에 집중되어 있습니다. 반도체용 플라즈마
생산에 필요한 전력을 생성하는 RF Generator와 발생한 전력을 손실 없이 반도체 장비로 전달하는 RF Matcher를 개발하는
