of the leading service providers of heavy marine transportation. We own and
operate 2 heavy transport vessels, which comprise 2 world-class self-propelled
deck carriers. Additionally, we partially own two more deck carriers and 1
semi-submersible vessel.

bringing together engineering expertise from various industries and investing
in leading engineering software, which gives us the ability to provide
engineering solutions to our clients and project-specific requirements.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Naval Architect with a focus
on business development to join our team at HMT HI-MEGALINE. The successful
candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, fostering
strategic partnerships, and driving business growth. In addition to business
development responsibilities, this role will involve leveraging your technical
expertise in naval architecture to contribute to the execution of projects,
including typical naval calculations.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Business Development:

Identify and pursue new
business opportunities in the maritime / engineering sector.
·
Build and nurture relationships
with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
·
Develop and implement effective
sales strategies to achieve business goals.
·
Conduct market research to stay
abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
·
Collaborate with the marketing
team to create compelling proposals and presentations.
B.
Client Engagement:
·
Understand client needs and
requirements to tailor solutions effectively.
·
Act as a liaison between
clients and our technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
·
Provide exceptional customer
service and maintain long-term client relationships.
C.
Technical Contributions:
·
Apply your naval architecture
expertise to perform typical calculations and analyses such as stability,
ballast plan, mooring, motion and structural analysis.
·
Collaborate with the
engineering team to contribute to the design and development of maritime
projects.
·
Review and assess technical
reports to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications:
·
Bachelor's or master’s degree
in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
·
Proven experience in business
development within the maritime industry.
·
Strong technical background in
naval architecture, with proficiency in typical naval software.
·
Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills.
·
English fluency is required;
proficiency in Korean is essential. Native Koreans with English fluency is
preferred.
·
Demonstrated ability to work
collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
