Responsible for planning and coordinating production schedules to meet production goals and supervising production activities
on the shop floor to maintain production volume and quality. This includes collecting and analyzing production-related data
to evaluate and improve the efficiency of the production process and collaborating with relevant departments to resolve problems
that arise during the production process.

■ Responsibilities

ㆍPlan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.

ㆍManage raw materials and components, ensuring adequate inventory levels
ㆍSupervise production activities on the shop floor, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.
ㆍIdentify and resolve production issues, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.
ㆍOversee maintenance and repair of production facilities and equipment.
ㆍProvide guidance and coaching to workers in shop floor, fostering a high-performance culture.
ㆍMonitor production performance and implement improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
ㆍCollaborate with other departments to achieve production schedules and goals.
ㆍManage and mitigate risks associated with production processes.
