필수 자격 요건

ㆍ학력 : 대졸 이상 (2,3년) - 기계/전기/전자/제어 관련 학과 전공
ㆍ영어 능력 : 영어 기술교육 및 기술자료 이해 가능한 수준
ㆍMS Office 사용 익숙하며, 컴퓨터 관련 지식 보유자
ㆍ자동차 운전면허 보유자
ㆍ해외출장 결격사유 없는 지원자 |

Job Description
Field Service Engineer
This role will improve customer’s satisfaction and help Salvagnini to be a reliable partner of customers.
The field service engineer to provide on/off line service for customers to success their business.
Key Responsibilities
ㆍInstallation, commissioning and customer training of Salvagnini products.
고객 장비이력 관리 및 고객 만족 구현.
Management of customer equipment history and implementation of customer
satisfaction.
ㆍ일상적인 기계 사용 및 유지 보수와 관련된 고객을 위한 현장 서비스 또는 전화 지원.
Field service or phone support for customer relate to daily machine usage and
maintenance.
ㆍ고객이 보고한 문제 및 주기적으로 방문하는 고객 피드백.
Feedback customer reported issue and customer visiting periodically
ㆍ서비스 리포트 작성 및 제출.
Preparing and submitting service reports.
ㆍ판매 목표를 달성하기 위해 서비스 판매 관리자와 협력.
Coordinate with Service Sales manager to achieve sales target.
ㆍ고객과의 업무 과정에서는 공손하고 전문적인 자세로 대하며, 고객의 생각을 존중하고
고객과 Salvagnini 사이의 신뢰를 증진 시킨다.
Behave politely and professionally when in contact with customer.
Respect his ideas and promote trust between him and Salvagnini.
ㆍ상황에 따라 Customer Service manager가 위임할 수 있는 기타 업무 담당.
Responsible for other duties which may be delegated from time to time by the
Customer Service Manager.
Relations and Environment 관계 및 환경
ㆍ살바니니코리아 고객과의 일상적인 contact.
Daily contact with customers of Salvagnini Korea;
ㆍ살바니니코리아 내 타부서와 일상적인 업무 협업.
Daily contact with other department of Salvagnini Korea
ㆍ국내 외근, 출장이 빈번하게 요구 됨.
Frequent domestic and oversea business trips are required.

ㆍA person who is sincere, caring and skilled in collaboration in diversified environment.
ㆍA person who has interest in automation equipment and qualifications and senses as
engineers.
ㆍA person who has no grounds for disqualification for overseas business trip.
