Job Description
1. - Collaborate with WW Training Department and ensure the training is coherent and consistent within the Region
2. - To support the organization, establishes annual training schedule for the region, establishes annual training program and prepares training plan according to local needs and WW Training Department guidelines.
3. - Collaborate with direct reports while respecting brand global guidelines and assist with any necessary local training adjustments to accommodate local cultural differences and local requirements.
4. - Organize and deliver classroom immersion programs for newly hired retail associates in accordance with WW Training Department guidelines, ensuring new employees receive training within 90 days of hire.
5. - Update WW E-learning platform courses and actively communicate with headquarters to ensure local implementation.
6. - Be familiar with Bottega Veneta's customer service manual and Narrative pillar, and provide local coaching to support excellent customer service and KPI achievement in stores through regular training and on-site coaching on service value, sales techniques, and customer journey.
7. - Develop training contents needed for Store and local business and collaborate with other departments when necessary.
8. - Organize classroom and digital training to develop the skills needed for sales teams in your region.
9. - Ability to identify and evaluate strengths and weaknesses, adapt to different levels of understanding and abilities of participants, and respond to difficult situations with a positive, solution-finding approach.
10. - Evaluate training effectiveness to ensure that the skills and techniques learned are integrated into employees' work behavior and regularly evaluate ongoing programs to ensure they reflect local characteristics.
11. - Follow-up on mystery shopping results and support evaluation and improvement of necessary services
12. - Gather feedback from Store Manager/Retail Team to identify training needs and suggest improvements.
13. - Identify new trends and tools in employee development and competitors
14. - Oversee appropriate distribution of educational materials
15. - Develop or supervise the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, supporting materials and manuals according to WW Training Department guidelines and local needs.
16. - Collaborate with managers and ensure control in defining training budgets for reference areas
17. - Report monthly training/coaching results and trainee feedback to managers
Job Requirements
1. - At least 4 ~8 years of experience as a trainer in a luxury fashion or retail industry.
2. - At least 3 year of field coaching experience is mandatory
3. - Minimum of 3 year of retail and stores experience is preferred
4. - The ability to work in a team, to show flexibility, courteous manners and project a positive attitude is required.
5. - Excellent understanding of adult Learning and blended learning is required
6. - Ability to present information to a variety of audiences through excellent presentation skills and facilitating skills
7. - Ability to find cause of service problems and offer proper solution
8. - Good digital and computer skills are required and adequate knowledge of learning management software
9. - Excellent organization skills and the ability to do multi-task is required
- - Good in English is mandatory
