IR Optics 영업직
담당업무	ㆍIdentify new opportunities, applications, segments, and markets for products and capabilities. Have thorough knowledge of products to recognize market and customer dynamics and drivers ㆍBuild strong relationships with customers at multiple levels in organization ㆍWork as a team with other Sales Territory and Regional Sales Managers to grow total business ㆍCommunicate and coordinate with internal teams including product management, project management, engineering, manufacturing and quality ㆍProvide accurate orders forecast to Sales Management ㆍAttend tradeshows and conferences ㆍIdentify, collect, and disseminate sales best practices, customer requirements, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement of business
자격요건 및 우대사항	ㆍBachelor's degree preferable in technical discipline (Physics, Engineering, Applied Science) ㆍ8+ years’ experience selling commercial and/or Defense infrared optics and/ or optical assemblies for OEM, including extensive product, customer, competitor and market knowledge ㆍDemonstrated success in a customer facing role with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals ㆍTechnology focused and excellent problem-solving skills ㆍOpen and communicative with strong leadership and decision-making skills ㆍStrong negotiation skills
