Product

E-COMMERCE MD & CONTENT SPECIALIST

Job Mission

This position is responsibilities for the development of e-business in particular official website & concession channels.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage website by displaying VM, compositing categories, setting products and campaigns.

· Communicate with local IT team to find and fix errors and the global team to ensure the site is up and running well by opening IT tickets.

· Initiate campaign roll-out plans, analyze, and report the result.

· Manage product contents by monitoring products and contents using e-merchandising tools.

· Communicate with region team for a preparation of campaign launch preparation.
· Actively communicate with relevant departments.

Role Specifications

· Academic / Professional Qualification

· University graduate (or equivalent)

Work Experience

· At least 1 year of experience in Online MD, E-Retail or E-Commerce (fashion/beauty/online platform)

· Sales analysis skill and hands-on experience

· Experience working with cross-functional & Global teams

Required Competencies

· Strong business analysis and problem-solving skill

· Digital mindset and online customer behavior understanding

· Excellent communication skill both written and verbal

· Strong negotiation skill

· Professional command of written and spoken English

· Ability to work under tight timeline and pressure

· Attention to details to manage continuous improvement cycles from planning to tracking 

근무조건

• 근무형태: 정규직 (3개월 이내 시용/평가 후 본채용)

• 근무일시: 주5일 (월~금요일) / 09:00 ~18:00 (특정부서에 한해 재량근로제 적용)

• 근무지: 서울시 마포구 서교동 (본사 및 서교동 내 사무실)

전형절차

• 서류심사 → 1차면접 → 2차면접(사전과제 포함) → 시용(3개월 이내/평가 후 본채용) → 최종합격

• 시용 기간 중 과제 평가가 실시되며, 합격하는 경우에 한해 정규직 최종 합격
