| Job Description |
Project Responsibility and Management
ㆍProject budget, schedule, resource plans, and project cockpit chart should be updated
on monthly basis. In case of deviations to the project plan, corrective actions should be
identified, triggered, and followed-up until completion.
ㆍActual costs of projects at completion are below offer cost baseline including change
requests paid by customer.
ㆍProject milestones should be kept by effectively mitigating internal issues or the project
milestones should be shifted in case of customer driven root causes.
ㆍProject risks should be identified and qualified on monthly basis. Actions for risk responses
should be defined and followed-up.
ㆍProject invoicing should be performed according to invoicing plan.
ㆍChanges in the project should be documented transparently and should be regularly
communicated internally and to the customer. Changes with budget impact should be
proactively claimed as customer driven change requests should be tracked up to invoicing.
Work Package Responsibility and Efficiency
ㆍWork packages under responsibility should be executed with actual efforts below
the offer baseline.
ㆍPotential overspendings or delays in completion of the work package should be
communicated to the project manager proactively and in timely manner.
ㆍCustomer driven changes in the work packages should be highlighted to the project
manager as potential commercial change requests.
Customer Support
ㆍCustomers' support calls should be taken care of in a professional way for best user
experience of the customers. |
| Qualifications |
Education (incl. language)
ㆍGood degree in an engineering discipline
(e.g. computer science, control engineering/theory, electronics)
ㆍGood communication in English
Knowledge and Skills
ㆍStrong and effective inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to interact
professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff
ㆍMust have strong presentation and communication skills
ㆍStrong analytical skills
ㆍGood knowledge of at least one relevant programming language
ㆍGood understanding of SW life cycle (waterfall, Agile)
ㆍPossess a positive attitude
ㆍAbility to "think outside the box"
ㆍExperience and ability to teach or instruct co-workers.
ㆍProviding advice, training and technical support for various projects
ㆍAs new technologies emerge and impact our systems, expected to learn these
technologies very quickly and resolve any problems involved in integrating new
technologies with our systems.
ㆍExpert knowledge of computer languages.
ㆍAbility to learn new programming languages quickly.
ㆍKnowledge of ASPICE and ISO26262
Work Experience
ㆍminimum 2 to 5 years+ experience as a software developer |
