Trainer |
ㆍPresent training classes to mostly
our customers and occasionally to
TRUMPF employees on the applicable
EUV-systems. This may involve shift
work depending upon our customers’
demands.
ㆍThe training is provided in Korean
and English language depending
upon circumstances surrounding
trainees.
ㆍThe technical content includes theory
and hands on sessions.
ㆍEvaluate existing training procedures
and manuals and review them with
the technical global competency
group and Ditzingen headquarter
Training Manager. Implement
improvements to meet course
demand, achieve highest participant
satisfaction and quality.
ㆍInterface with technical writers and
curricula developers in compiling and
reviewing documentation and data.
ㆍSupport the implementation of new
learning methods (i.e., webinars,
e-Learnings, and virtual classrooms).
ㆍTravel to customer locations and/or
other TRUMPF facilities in the Korea
and abroad for training, education,
or research needs.
ㆍParticipate in Continuous
Improvement Project activity.
ㆍAny additional responsibilities as
deemed necessary by management.
ㆍAdhere to all company guidelines. |

ㆍBachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering,
Optics, Physics, or related field
ㆍTwo or more years of demonstrated work
experience in a technical service or training
environment
ㆍDemonstrated experience working
according
to Electrical Workplace Safety standards
ㆍAn in-depth technical background is
required, preferably on EUV, semiconductor
systems, machine tools, or similar industry
ㆍExcellent verbal, written and digital
communication skills; including report
preparation and presentation skills and
working with remote teams
ㆍFluent in both spoken and written English
and Korean to interface with costumer and

ㆍSelf-motivated and strong sense of
responsibility
ㆍExcellent time management and
independent work skills to plan and
organize a multitude of concurrent
assignments, with a focus on meeting
