At this position, you will be responsible for our business development with some of the leading global companies.
While developing business plans and executing them together with various stakeholders across the world,
you will have opportunities to develop your business skills and expand your network continuously.
Both OJT and off-the-job training will be offered to ensure the most efficient way for you and us to start working together.

You will be responsible for taking key roles in Sales in various Big / Mid-Small size Accounts for Leschaco-Korea.
Your main responsibility will be to develop new client connections along with Logistics & Service Growth.
This position reports to the Country’s ISO TANK Sales Manager and works as a member of TANK Sales Team.
The job location is based in Seoul with opportunities to later move into one of our branch offices in more than
23 countries worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Strategy planning : manage and develop the client relationship with Expertise,
Ambition, and bring ease to the customers that align with LESCHACO strategy and values.

Develop account business plans that encompass ocean as well as Logistic & Services products on country/ area scale.

Develop value proposition and work closely with customer service colleagues to build E2E
solutions supporting revenue growth across products.

Responsible for tender handling and negotiation.

Responsible for Customer Satisfaction: support the overall customer experience and deliver value proposition.

Ensure successful business onboarding and contract compliance with support from CX implementation and sales support.

We are looking for

Working experience in international business environment.

Bachelor's degree

Over 2 years of experiences in Sales

Working experience at a forwarder, shipper, or consignee is a plus but not a mandatory condition.

Self-driven for diligence, result-oriented for consistent performance, and open-minded for changes and diversity.

Fluent communication skills in both written and spoken Korean and English.

Logical thinker with analytical skills.
Capability to work on large size tender. Thus, skill on Microsoft Excel is practically a must condition for this position.

Skill on Microsoft Power BI will be a plus as we transfer to Data Driven Sales.
