·         Work with core team to execute SIT and UAT, responsible for supporting project delivery on schedule and to ensure the plan is in alignment with project strategy.

·         Review and amend project document to ensure all the document is latest.

·         Build communication plan, make sure delivery project status to key stakeholder, project team and related person on time

·         Monitor project to ensure project status is in health.

·         Ensures cross-functional team commitment to the plans.

·         Effectively deploy project management toolkit to ensure high quality and consistency of deliverables

·         Manage business applications service in line with the SLA to ensure smooth operations of the fashion brands related to the relevant functions and services.

·         Provide store and office users’ support and training on retail and back-office applications .

·         Support store openings and ensure the systems are properly setup and handover to the users for usage.

·         Follow the IS&T policy and procedures on incident and service request management, log and follow up the cases to ticket closure, and compliant to the SLA.
