고려대학교 의과대학 미생물학교실 바이러스병 연구소 조교 모집

본 연구팀은 Field trapping, Virology, Serological & Molecular biology, Next-Generation Sequencing, Bioinformatics, Immunology 방법을 이용하여 바이러스 감염 환자시료 및 자연숙주로부터 바이러스를 찾아내고, 동정 및 분리, 유전체 유전서열 정보 획득을 통한 viral genetics를 연구하고 있습니다. 또한 이렇게 확보된 바이러스에 대하여 분자진화학 (Molecular evolution), 생물학, 면역학적 특징을 연구하고 있습니다. 주요 관심사로는 한타바이러스, 파라믹소바이러스, 중증열성혈소판감소증후군바이러스, 간염바이러스 등을 비롯한 다양한 인수공통감염바이러스를 연구를 수행하고 있으며, 국내 최대 규모의 통합배양수집처(UCC)를 운영하고 있습니다. 또한, 라임병, 쯔쯔가무시병 등 박테리아성 질병에 대한 연구도 수행 중에 있습니다.

주요 업무로는 행정업무, 연구실 관리 등을 수행하며 박사후연구원, 대학원생 연구자들과 함께 연구 프로젝트 지원 업무를 수행합니다.

2학기에는 교수님과 함께 의과대학 학부생의 실습 수업 (생물 관련 실습 및 미생물학 실습) 지원업무를 수행합니다.
