National Pharma Quality Manager
ㆍRepresent the organization as a Management Representative
ㆍAssure that the KN QSHE (Quality, Safety and Health, Environment + Security)
Management System is followed in all levels of the organization
ㆍEstablish, manage, implement and maintain all documentation for country level and control
of any changes according to QSHE requirements, policy of the company and local laws
& regulations, prevent injury, reduce professional liabilities and property loss
ㆍPromote environment sustainability in office and warehouse.
ㆍCommunicate, provide guidance and support with regards to corporate standards and
communicate relevant policies, guidelines, practices and information to relevant departments
ㆍCoordinate and participate in external audit e.g. third party audits, customer, vendor,
government, etc.
ㆍTrack TIP (Tool to Improve Processes), promote usage, proper analysis and reporting
and ensuring corrective/preventive actions are implemented
ㆍConduct/ coordinate related QSHE training for new hires/refresher
ㆍResponsible for publishing and maintaining all updated news regarding quality
National Human Resources Specialist
ㆍLocal recruitment activities
ㆍSupporting learning and development activities.
ㆍEnsuring that all HR Information systems are updated and maintained
ㆍUpdating of HR information to local payroll team
ㆍMaintaining P-files (hard and soft copy)
ㆍCommunication with SSC
ㆍSupporting the annual salary increment + bonus processes
ㆍLeading and participating in relevant HR projects
Account Payable
ㆍAP management - Input expense voucher, AP related automation system and Shared
service center management, etc
ㆍSupport Domestic tax (VAT, WHT, Corp.Tax ,etc)
ㆍSupport internal and external audit and corporate income tax filing
ㆍOther tasks at management discretion
Key Account Sales
ㆍDirectly responsible for key accounts: engaging with the customer and Kuehne +
Nagel’s network as the lynchpin in developing a strong relationship.
ㆍActively plans and executes key account strategy: defining strategic approach on value
proposition & solution as well as the internal and external positions of Kuehne + Nagel
on RFQs & tenders; partnering with our business units to deliver attractive pricing and service.
ㆍProactively identifies new opportunities: increasing the footprint of business and solutions
with assigned customer(s), ensuring an attractive and sizeable pipeline and high closing ratio.
ㆍRegularly conducts structured review sessions: aligning and updating customers on customer
strategy and priorities; adjusting our value proposition; offering continuous improvement
and innovation.
ㆍCompetently connects virtual account teams: ensuring true global customer representation,
collaborating with related Key Account Manager networks globally and exchanging
best practices and sales leads.
ㆍSuccessfully controls monthly performance: monitoring volume, profitability, pipeline,
overdues, and ensuring immediate actions in case of deviations (i.e. timeliness /
accurate reporting).
ㆍEffectively hands over new business: transitioning new business into operations to ensure
that customer requirements and the commitments of Kuehne + Nagel are met.
National Excellence Management + Tender Expert
ㆍTo support the entire tender process from initial forecast + launch to the development of
value propositions.
ㆍTo prepare + deliver regular business reviews in collaboration with internal operational teams
+ account managers.
ㆍTo manage commercial requests + quotes from assigned portfolio of accounts.
ㆍTo develop customer dedicated continuous improvement programs for business retention
+ growth.
ㆍTo champion the adoption of digital + sustainability solutions for assigned accounts.
ㆍTo support key account manager(s) in acquiring + retaining customers.
ㆍTo provide vertical insights + updates on the operational status of accounts.
ㆍTo participate in internal white board sessions focused on developing strategic solutions. |
