[Responsibilities]
- Supervising the planning and preparation of production schedules for manufacturing through subordinate planners and schedulers.
- Implements production planning policies, standards, guidelines, technology, and procedures and maintains compliance with company policies in regard to all safety environments.
- Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes and tools.
- Driving efficiency improvement through innovation, root cause problem solving and process confirmation (PC)
- Managing the routing and MUV (material usage variance)
- Resource planning and management
- Management of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
- Leading continuous improvement and trial runs
- Capability improvement and training
- Management of SOP and Adhering the Compliances
- Process Improvement driven by data analysis
[Requirements]
- More than 5 years of experiences from production supervision and similar fields
- Engineering Background (>BS Grade) : Machinery, Automation, Automobile Engineering, Industrial Engineering will be preferred
- SAP capability / Data analysis capability
- Leadership to Drive Project and Problem Solving
- Effective Communication Skills with Korean and English
- Strong Verbal and Written Presentation Skills
- Excellent organization and resource management skills
- Positive & Open Mindset
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of a new entity within New Consumer Health and your employment would be governed by New Consumer Health’s employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by New Consumer Health at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.
