YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’

Data Analytics executive will specifically focus on Analytics Services helping our customers build innovative Solutions that focus on leveraging the value of data. This roll exists primarily to ensure collecting, securely storing and managing consumer data for the purpose of improving Philip Morris Korea’s digital performance. Also, to provide quality consumer analytics with insights & direct to enhance Philip Morris Korea’s digital performance. 
- Define a measurement framework that is reflective of account strategies by identifying the proper data sources and KPIs aligned to business goals and illustrate digital activities’ effectiveness. 
- Ensure integrating all consumer data from multiple sources (internal & external) into one place with unified definition & managing, collaborating with IT, legal, CPO, M&D & consumer experience team & related agencies 
- Evaluate various attribution modeling techniques and methodologies including DDA models using GMP (Google Marketing Platforms). 
- Drive tracking reports, analyze performances and translate into actionable business insights and recommendations 
- Demonstrable experience with Google Optimize and/or other mainstream web & app Optimization and Personalization platforms (eg. Google Opimize, Adobe Target, Tune, Optimizely, etc.) 
- Deep, hands-on experience working with analytics and experience optimization solutions, ranging from auditing, definition, setup, launch and reporting, measurement implementations, data analysis & insights


 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT or management information system 
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience & understanding of the principles of data analytics 
- Strong technical background with previous experience design, solution, and implementation of modern consumer data platforms and ecosystems 
- Comprehensive understanding of consumer data administration and management functions - Prefers knowledge with SQL, javascript, R and/or Python, GMP (Google Marketing Platform) and GCP (Google Cloud Platform) - Familiarity with tobacco industry is a plus - Proficient user of data visualization; DataStudio, Power BI, MS Pivot and Tableau 
- Business level of English/Korean in both verbal & written communication
