Position: Senior Engineer II (Software Engineer)
- This role is to support software application to contract production lines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand the requirements and work with engineering team in India for impact analysis and work through the release cycle
- Identify the design impact for service releases and continuous improvements in technical design to optimize application performance
- Enforce service level adherence, identify process improvements, and prepare team to deliver through process dependency and remove people dependency
- First point of contact for any service level escalation, P1 incidents in production Collaborate with onsite teams for regular service releases, hotfixes and patches
ADVANTAGE TO HAVE
- Manufacturing domain experience. Specifically in areas of PLM, ERP, Logistics
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT
- Mandatory for onsite positions to be fluent in Korean and English languages
MUST HAVE
- Experiences/knowledges in JAVA, Miplatform / JEUS 8 Fix#1 / Oracle 19C
GOOD TO HAVE
- Experiences/knowledges in C3Chart / VSReport / EpFTP / DaumWebEditor /English Language

Position: Business Analyst
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translate high level deliverables into detailed requirements. Manage requirements as backlogs – product, release and sprints Triage requirements with business, agree on priority and translate them into user stories with acceptance criteria
- Act as business proxy to engineering team
- Analyze methods to optimize or automate existing manual processes Create roadmaps and plans for the delivery of new features.
- Work on multiple projects and use strong time management skills to prioritize the team workload
MUST HAVE
- Strong manufacturing domain experience. Specifically in areas of PLM, ERP and Logistics
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT
- Mandatory to be fluent in Korean and English languages
