Air Logistics Sales
ㆍTo own, monitor + drive all sales activities of customers within your control, ensuring
prospects are identified, qualified + nurtured through the sales pipeline so as to close
profitable + sustainable customer deals.
ㆍTo align your sales efforts with CCL Managers, Pricing + Air Logistics Business Development
teams, including pricing decisions.
ㆍTo monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing +
products.
ㆍTo report customer feedback to the CCL team, supporting resolutions as required.
ㆍTo align with CCL colleagues when onboarding new customers.
ㆍTo maintain + update the most relevant customer information in internal systems.
ㆍTo regularly review customer portfolios with the CCL Managers and team.
ㆍTo focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, retention + reactivation through high
levels of service quality in close collaboration with the CCL
Air Logistics Operator
ㆍTo drive customer engagement, satisfaction, retention + reactivation in close cooperation
with Field Sales and the Operational Care Center (OCC).
ㆍTo establish + strengthen operational relation to customer contact(s) through daily
interactions, regular care visits + pro-actively advising + consulting to ensure customer
satisfaction.
ㆍTo qualify customer inquiries + provide quotations within the given price band, in line
with the guiding leeway in decision-making, then following up to ensure quotations
are accepted + closed.
ㆍTo support customer onboarding in line with working instructions, ensuring inclusion +
transfer of customer requirements into the KN systems alongside the (initial) customer order.
ㆍTo collaborate with Finance + Revenue Care Center (RCC) to adjust credit limits based
on daily business development + coordinate measures in case of challenges.
ㆍTo document, resolve, analyze all complaints and feedback then identify, share + eliminate
root causes.
ㆍTo create, review + refine customer reports.
Sea Logistics Operator
ㆍTo process all Seafreight Ex/Import bookings and dispatch requirements accurately
and within agreed timeframes.
ㆍTo ensure that document processing requirements meet agreed customer service standards,
while maintaining departmental KPIs.
ㆍTo ensure that all documentation is filed or scanned as per operational and company
requirements.
ㆍTo ensure all Seafreight rates are checked and are accurate at all times
ㆍTo manage customer complaints in a professional manner, taking appropriate corrective
action and/or notify relevant person and office to prevent a re-occurrence of customer
complaints.
ㆍTo follow all procedures and reporting requirements in relation to the company policies
and working instructions.
ㆍTo Perform other duties and additional tasks as assigned
Sea Logistics Reefer Operation Manager
ㆍBuilding + leading a team of customer service and operational reefer + healthcare experts.
ㆍFully aware of all type of Reefer operation both of export and import – RFDG/RF +
Pharmaceutical item.
ㆍTo ensure efficient sea logistics operations and drive continuous optimization
by implementing standard operation procedures in line with corporate guidelines.
ㆍTo be responsible for operational excellence to support volume growth + profitability
for reefer and healthcare exports and imports.
ㆍTo take the lead in creating + enhancing reefer and healthcare expertise in the team,
aiming for zero operational failures.
ㆍTo take the lead in the communication and coordination with customers and overseas
KN branches
ㆍTo support the maintenance of carrier relationships, procurement and pricing.
ㆍTo support in delivering reefer and healthcare training to KN colleagues
ㆍTo act as the healthcare station lead to ensure operational excellence in line
with GxP requirements
Sea Logistics Process + System Specialist
ㆍTo ensure system excellence through high adherence to designed processes + proper
system utilization through system reports or process audits in collaboration
with the process excellence function.
ㆍTo implement + support the usage of the entire system landscape through efficient +
optimal system configurations achieving operational excellence.
ㆍTo ensure high levels of data quality via analysis, review + action planning together
with stakeholders.
ㆍTo monitor internal support queues ensuring timely responses to all requests.
ㆍTo identify re-occurring issues, provide systematic solutions or training needs + coordinate
with respective trainers.
ㆍTo coordinate system testing with operations + document results as per regional standards.
ㆍTo cooperate with stakeholders for applications development such as requirement
gathering, software solution design, testing + supporting.
ㆍTo share knowledge to local Systems + Process teams on relevant topics.
ㆍTo find solutions + seek opportunities for the organization that will further our operational
+ strategic goals.
Contract Logistics Information Systems Manager
ㆍTo ensure that only those approved IS applications such as our Warehouse Management
Systems (WMS) + Transport Management Systems (TMS), along with visibility + reports
are deployed.
ㆍTo coordinate the IS input for all request for tender/proposal + ensure a smooth IS
Implementation during the customer on-boarding phase.
ㆍTo ensure that IS applications support is in place for existing operations at all times.
ㆍTo support continuous improvement activities + innovation.
ㆍTo ensure IS governance + compliance is in place + adhered to.
ㆍTo ensure that team members are upskilled by ensuring appropriate training activities are
in place.
Contract Logistics Distribution Manager
