Overview of
Position
|
ㆍResponsible for setting operation process and training manufacturing team
and co-work with other functions for new / modification process including
investment project based on HSE standard. |
Primary
Responsibilities
|
ㆍLead operation procedure for new process and modify process including
investment projects thru coaching, training and leading by example based
on HSE standard and local regulation.
ㆍReview standard operation procedure regularly and train production team.
ㆍMake canister team operation schedule based on shipment plan.
ㆍCanister/tainer management such as development, modification,
inspection and so on.
ㆍTechnical support for the customers.
ㆍLead and participate in cross functional teams to resolve safety, quality,
maintenance and supply issue for stable operation.
ㆍCo-work with maintenance team and engineering company to modify or
setup new process project including CAPEX project
ㆍLead troubleshooting for operation issue and provide the solution/training
to production team.
ㆍManage process ERP/DCS system.
ㆍCoach Operation coordinator, Shift leaders and shift team members
to make one team spirit |
