- Neuramedy, a Korean biotech company focusing on the early development of medicines for neurodegenerative diseases,
is seeking a motivated individual to work together as a Business Development Manager.
This position is based in Seoul, Korea.
The Business Development Manager is responsible for leading, managing and supporting strategic initiatives that help
increase the visibility of Neuramedy and its pipeline. The individual is expected to work closely with the Head of
Development Division and be proactive in identifying opportunities while also being responsive to the business
development needs of the company.
Responsibilities
(Duties of the BD Manager include)

1. Understanding and representing the portfolio and pipeline
of the company
2. Gathering and sharing the competitive intelligence.
Analyzing industry trends and competitors
3. Regularly update and maintain materials for BD activity
- website, LinkedIn, brochures, one-pagers etc.
4. Working with stakeholders in different time zones
– Korea, UK, USA
5. Managing relationship with KOLs/ Partner companies
6. Developing relationships and network for licensing
7. Coordinating internal stakeholders for business decision
8. Ensure a successful and smooth execution of each
partnership
9. Managing and supporting ad hoc BD projects and
initiatives

1. Required Qualifications: - Strong passion and belief in new drug development
- Startup mentality - not afraid to adapt quickly with
industry trends, strategy decisions
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English
and Korean
- Ability to work on multiple projects
- 3+ years of business development experience in pharma/
bio industry
2. Preferred Qualifications: - 5+ years of business development and/or marketing
experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech company
- Proven experiences in working with third parties and
consultants
- Data and knowledge management
- Project management experience
3. Computer/Software Knowledge:
- Above average computer knowledge expected with
Microsoft Suite
- Familiarity with developing and working with templates
4. Travel Requirements:
- Up to 25% local and international travel.

This position is based in Seoul, Korea.
The Project Manager is responsible for leading, managing and supporting the lead pipeline project entering the clinical
phase. The individual is expected to work closely with the Head of Development Division and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
(Duties of the Project Manager include)
| Qualifications

1. Coordinating and managing clinical trials as a main
liaison (Phase 1 and Phase 2)
2. Creating, monitoring/controlling integrated project
plans and budgets
3. Working effectively with other functions and external
stakeholders in different time zones
4. Managing project milestones through effective
planning and the issue identification
5. Periodic health checks of the project plans to ensure
quality of planning and control
6. Organization and documentation of projects
7. Risk management plan and issue raising within the
project matrix team.
| 1. Required Qualifications:
- Strong passion and belief in new drug development
- 3+ years of project management experience in pharma/
bio industry in clinical development
- Knowledge of IND, CTD, TMF, GXP/ICH guidelines, MedDRA
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English
and Korean
- Ability to establish and maintain working relationship
