· Manage and coordinate day-to-day Pick & Pack operations with designated agency
o Check and disseminate customer requests to operation team
o Check and review label according to airline loading manual
o Monitor inventory and production planning
· Conduct quality check and secure item quantity, conforming to customers’ specifications
· Maintain close communicate with inventory updates to airline customers
· Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operation
· Train and develop, as well as supervise, all agency staffs to uphold company standards
· Monitor department KPIs whilst
o Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
o Initiating problem-solving efforts
Qualifications
Education:
· Junior college graduates and above
Work Experience:
· Experience customer service
· Working experience in Food Hygiene / Health & Safety / Supply Chain Management preferred
Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)
· Has passion in catering or aviation industry
· Possess general knowledge of catering operations procedures, controls, and administration
· Good communication skills and strong leadership skills
· Initiative in identifying and resolving problems timely and effectively
· Possess functional knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Language / Communication Skills:
· Written and oral communication English skills is preferred
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Ability to interact effectively with internal departments and external customers
