자격요건

ㆍ학사 이상 (생물학, 화학, 생명공학 등 관련 전공자)

ㆍ신입~경력 2년

ㆍConference call 가능자

ㆍLeadership of large, complex projects and project teams, using lean / six sigma tools and methodologies

ㆍCoach leaders at all levels to drive lean and OpEx thinking into all aspects of operations

ㆍReport out and up on the progress and deliverables globally

ㆍAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

ㆍDevelop a detailed project plan that will ensure successful execution

ㆍManage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

ㆍCreates and maintains comprehensive project documentation

ㆍParticipates in performance improvement teams and provides facilitation and technical support to assist  including collection
   and analysis of data and documentation of results

ㆍConducts training where appropriate for lean, six sigma and OpEx

자격요건

ㆍMajored in Science/Engineering/Business

ㆍExpertise in lean, process and operations improvement

ㆍConsulting and/or project management experience with formal 3+ day lean or six sigma training and 12+ successful
   projects with documented successes

ㆍ5+ years of experience in Managing a diverse range of Projects in a complex work environment

ㆍExcellent team, task management, problem-solving and motivational skills

ㆍSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

ㆍDemonstrates self-direction and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

ㆍMay be required to travel up to 25% across EMEA and APAC

우대사항

ㆍ Lean & Six Sigma certification, black belt a strong advantage

ㆍ Formal Project Management training and certification a plus
