Global leading manufacturer of high-end PCB & IC substrates

• Stable business growth with sales of around 56 billion won and profits of 16 billion won.

• Plant 2 in Korea has newly been built, expecting double the scale of expansion.

• Around 12,000 employees all over the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsibility and coordination in revenue of assigned Sales area and relevant activities

• Pricing and Profit responsibilities accordance to internal guidelines

• Contract definition and review

• Lead Sales Team to develop new business opportunities

• Take control of all responsibility regarding business development

• Provide short- and long-term budget plans while developing operational plans and sales strategies

• Build strong relationships with key account customers

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience

• Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in selling directly to customers in markets such as Cellular Phone, Telecommunication, Instrumentation or Electronic Components

• Have experience in penetrating/closing business with customers from above industries

• Able to communicate and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of organizations

• Skillful in conducting face-to-face presentations to customers (negotiation, sales closure, account management)

• Strong market knowledge in multinational and domestic major OEMs and EMSs

• Strong customer and market orientation to develop future relationships

• Fluency in English

• Willing to travel
