Objectives of this Role
• Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards
• Obtain a deep understanding of cloud platform, network, Kubernetes Apps, and Kuberflow
• Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights language that sets our users up for success
• Develop and maintain detailed databases of appropriate reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications
• Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement
• Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with client various departments to understand project requirements
• Access to client writing platform to gather information from client subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation
• Work with development on the client side and support leads to identify all documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine the best solution for data compilation and centralized storage
• Research, create, and maintain information architecture templates that uphold organizational and legal standards, and allow for easy data migration
• Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with a consistent and cohesive voice across all documentation

• 프로젝트 요구 사항을 이해하기 위해 클라이언트의 다양한 부서와 긴밀히 협력하여 신규 및 기존 콘텐츠를 조사, 개요, 작성 및 편집
• 클라이언트 주제 전문가로부터 정보를 수집하여 절차 매뉴얼, 기술 사양 및 프로세스 문서를 개발, 구성 및 작성하기 위한 클라이언트 작성 플랫폼에 대한 액세스
• 클라이언트 측의 개발과 협력하여 모든 문서 리포지토리를 식별하고, 수정 및 편집하고, 데이터 편집 및 중앙 집중식 저장을 위한 최상의 솔루션을 결정하기 위해 리드 지원
• 조직 및 법적 표준을 유지하고 손쉬운 데이터 마이그레이션을 허용하는 정보 아키텍처 템플릿을 조사, 생성 및 유지 관리
• 모든 문서에서 일관되고 응집력 있는 목소리로 사용성을 극대화하기 위해 대체 미디어 형식으로 콘텐츠를 개발

Skills and Qualifications
• 3-4 years’ IT industry experience as an effective technical writer (Korean)
• Previous experience writing KO documentation about cloud and network and procedural materials for multiple audiences
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Experience working with developer side to improve user experience: design, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field
• Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics

• 관련 기술 분야의 학사 학위
