외국계 Trade Marketing Manager 채용 (대리 ~ 과장급)

   1) Lead planning of campaign execution and sales activities in collaboration with the stakeholders.

      Actively engage with third party to successfully deliver campaign plans and trade initiatives
      in retail environment

   2) Facilitate the consolidation of the Annual Integrated Cycle Plan based on operational inputs from
      Brand & Trade and ensure optimum allocation of marketing resources to ensure effective execution

   3) Co-ordinate the communication of cycle planning to relevant teams (brand, trade, NPI/Supply Chain)
      to ensure proper execution of cycle activities

   4) Drive the Cycle Planning meetings – support and facilitate discussions on brand and trade plans,
      pressure test key project deliverables (objectives, KPIs, activity details, schedule, resources) to drive
      quality output

   5) Drive implementation of all key controls (including cycle requests and risk registers) for Marketing

   6) Identify improvement opportunities in current processes to enhance the effectiveness of cycle planning
      and communication processes within the organization

   7) Develop contents for retailer communication tools to effectively convey brand and trade strategies
      to the market

   8) Lead business related ad-hoc projects, organize roll-out plans with other stakeholders with a holistic
      view to ensure OTIF in-market execution
