담당업무

ㆍManage monthly general accounting (preparation, analysis and posting of journals at month-end, preparation and analysis of monthly balance sheet reconciliations, calculations, posting and analysis of monthly accruals and prepayments, ensuring all items are accurately captured). (30%)
ㆍManage overall tax related tasks (preparation and filing of annual Corporate Income Tax, preparation of each of two sub-entities' FS for tax purpose, quarterly VAT filing, and submission of quarterly Tax report to HQ Tax (20%)
ㆍPrepare monthly financial reports, ensuring they are completed in a timely, accurate and efficient manner (10%)
ㆍPrepare consolidated FS annually for statutory audit, and to liaise with external auditors for timely completion of statutory audit (10%)
ㆍManage inventory, fixed asset and cost accounting and related depreciation/amortization and provisions, and lead inventory and fixed asset physical counting on a regular basis (10%)
ㆍOwn the Business Partner Data Management process (10%)
ㆍPerform annual internal control assessment and identify and resolve any internal control issues related to statutory and tax (5%)
ㆍDevelopment of local financial policies and procedures, ensuring ongoing compliance for all accounting and finance operations. (5%)

지원자격/우대사항

ㆍProfessional experience
- Experience in monthly closing with overall understanding of statutory closing
- Experience in managing B/S reconciliation to be aligned with IFRS, Tax regulations and group accounting policies
- Experience in handling and managing overall tax issues and working (CIT, VAT and others) with external consultants
- Experience in inventory and cost accounting
- Experience in developing standard operating procedures and leading the improvement
- Experience in liaising with external auditors
ㆍYears of Relevant Experience
- Minimum 8 years accounting experience in multinational companies, preferably manufacturing or medical device industry and with Shared Service Centre.
- University Degree / Accounting, Finance, Business Management or any other related field
ㆍLanguage
- Business English in verbal and written
ㆍCertification/Licenses/Specialized Knowledge
- AICPA/KICPA preferred
- Strong understanding of IFRS and Korean taxation (CIT, VAT) is required
- Business English level in verbal and written
- Proficiency with ERP as well as Microsoft Office (esp. Excel)
ㆍOther minimum relevant requirements
- Comfortable in handling statutory and tax matters in a timely and accurate manner
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision, well organized
- Positive thinking and attitude, energetic team player, individual leadership, integrity(ethical standard committed to compliance with WSA standards) and trust
