Responsibilities:
-Organize training plans and support the programs for our global staff members in over 50 countries
-Support in the process for Learning & Development-, Internal Communications-, and Employee Relations initiatives
-Coordinate with Global Staff, Global Operation Team (HQ), and Global People Partners team members with the goal to establish an effective working environment
-Systematically lead project streams within the GPP team from planning to execution
