[ASML] Account Payable Jr. Staff

Introduction to the job :
- The ASML Finance Mission Statement is as follows: Add value to ASML by supporting our company’s business and driving financial performance on a world class level.

Role and responsibilities :

• • - Perform transaction processing including account payable
  • - Support Financial accounting monthly/annual closing 
  • - Reconcilation work for regual VAT filing(input VAT)
  • - Prepare annual audit plan and support annual external audit
  • - Headup for process improvement in AP workflow 

Education and experience:

• - Bachelor degree in Finance and business management or relevant area
• - Entry level (less than 2 years of  finance or equivalent experiences)
• - AICPA is preferred
• - Basic local GAAP knowledge

Personal Skills :
- Business level in English and Japanese must

- Open-minded, collaborative, and strong work ethic. Ability to work independentyly; self-motivated.

- Resolves discrepancies and initiates corrective actions.

- Demonstrated problem solving ability in cross-function environment.

- Follows and works according to agreed quality methods.

- Gathers, processes and analyzes accounting information so that decision taking becomes possible.

- SAP operation and advanced IT talent manner to perform digitalized/automated process.

- Strong risk management manner and Tax/compliance requirements manner.

- Understanding on financial reporting and  regulations, and also on local statutory reporting workflows.

- Proven organizational communication skills to align with multiple stakeholders.

- Sets own targets ad priorities effectively and efficiently in consultancy with direct manager.

- Wide knowledge on Korea GAAP & IFRS
