Using your expertise, you will be responsible for:
The site manager of Korea Digital Enterprise Experience Center (KDEXc) will take the overall responsibility for the visitor center, leadership for operation and administrative tasks for comprehensive engineering and facilities services, budget, planning as well as the representative to the public. As the on-site contact point, the position requires proactive management.
- KDEXc operation management
- Responsible for guiding visitors on site and covering the general guide tour as a representative of whole KDEXc zones
- Responsible for technical and facilities’ operations and control every related schedule in KDEXc (event, training, meeting…)
- Responsible for key partner for internal and external matters you develop relationships to sales and Siemens regional partners, to other visitor centers (national and international), to universities, public authorities and the local municipality
- Recommend continuous systematically develop and coordinate campaigns with newest the content story and the overall presentation of the visitor center by consideration of new market trends and industrial change
- Manage visitor management system and report to management with analysis on monthly basis
- Monitor and track existing operations regularly to improve operational standards
- Develop strong relationship and partnership with all relevant groups (BU, Sales, Marketing, SRE, 3rd party vendors)
- Assume overall responsibility of site budget, contract services, purchasing of material
- Provide proactive assistant the marketing planning – hosting VIP visitors, internal training and events
- Environment, Health and Safety Management (EHS) taking care of workers and visitors with the requirements of the health and safety guidelines and rules.

What you need to make real what matters.
- University degree in engineering or similar
- Experience with the areas of project management, consulting, manufacturing/ engineering, product management, marketing
- Possess strong communication, systematically thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong presentation skills to public speaking
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean
- Excellent communication and networking capabilities collaboration with external customers & internal colleagues
- Solid understanding of the interaction of DI products, concepts and competitors market trend
- Proven ability to self-motivation and affinity to pick up new trends in automation and digitalization and to transfer them into the visitor center.
