ㆍMaintaining and improving the condition of site installations
(Plant, QC, Canister system, Office, HVAC, etc.)
ㆍSupporting to the Production team to be in compliance with all relevant regulatory figures and
ensure safe & reliable operation of all units and assets.
Primary Responsibilities
ㆍDevelopments Safety Guard Equipment
ㆍSupports projects as CAD-P&ID, PFD, Plot plan, modelling
ㆍTroubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs
ㆍPrepares preventive/predictive maintenance plan
ㆍPerforms other related duties as assigned (P&ID, Dwg, Report)
ㆍPerforms Piping & Tubing work
ㆍImplementation of preventive maintenance activities for Chiller, Boiler, Compressor,
Pressure vessel, Hot oil system, Scrubber system, Electric equipment, Instruments,
PLC/DCS, HVAC, Firefighting system and so on.
ㆍMaintenance activities for the buildings.
Required Skills and Abilities
ㆍ5년 이상 화학공장 근무자.
ㆍ공조 냉동 기능사 이상
ㆍ보일러 취급 기능사 이상
ㆍ전기 / 계장 관리 경험자
ㆍ소방시설 관리 경험자
ㆍCAD 사용 가능
Preferred Qualifications
ㆍAbility of electric/Oxygen/Argon welding

ㆍ안전지킴이 장비 개발
ㆍCAD-P&ID, PFD, 플롯플랜, 모델링으로 프로젝트 지원
ㆍ필요한 수리를 결정하기 위한 문제 해결
ㆍ예방적/예측적 유지관리 계획 수립
ㆍ기타 관련업무 지정(P&ID, Dwg, 보고서)
ㆍ배관 및 배관 작업 수행
ㆍChiller, Boiler, Compressor, 압력용기, Hot Oil System, Scrubber System, 전기기기, Instruments,
PLC/DCS, HVAC, 소방설비 등의 예방정비 활동 실시
ㆍ건축물 유지관리 활동.
필요한 기술 및 능력
ㆍ5년 이상 화학공장 근무자.
ㆍ공조 냉동 기능사 이상
ㆍ보일러 취급 기능사 이상
ㆍ전기 / 계장 관리 경험자
ㆍ소방시설 관리 경험자
ㆍcad 사용 가능
선호하는 자격

ㆍMaintaining and improving the condition of site installations with focus on Electric and Instruments.
ㆍSupporting to the Production team to be in compliance with all relevant regulatory figures and
ensure safe & reliable operation of all units and assets.
Primary Responsibilities :
ㆍImplementation of maintenance activities to electrical equipment
(substation, power distribution, MCC, motors, etc.)
ㆍImplementation of maintenance activities to instruments and control equipment (field instruments, DCS)
ㆍDetermination of priorities based upon established plans and on daily demand (troubleshooting)
with Production team.
ㆍExecuting and improving the preventive maintenance program to maintain machinery,
equipment and asset conditions.
ㆍReviewing and executing all relevant project and government permitting.
Supervising external contractors.
ㆍSupporting the Management of Change Process (MOC) and other HSEQ related activities and audits.
Required Skills and Abilities :
ㆍ“Electrical License(전기기사 자격증)” and basic English skills. Strong in troubleshooting and
problem solving.
ㆍAbility to manage external companies. Experience in project work and/or chemical industry is
of advance.

ㆍ인정검사대상기기관리자 양성교육 이수
ㆍ사용시설안전관리자 양성교육 이수
