Your Role:

 

Develop and implement trainings in conjunction with Business/Function and HR to maximize the effectiveness of the commercial teams (sales & marketing) capability improvement 

 

  • Develop and implement “Best in Class” commercial training programs and curriculum that significantly raise the level of product, therapy, sales skills, sales coaching, account management, marketing skills, launch skills in the commercial organization
  • Deliver and educate on and follow-up selling skill (UPACA) trainings for sales force and coaching skill trainings for first line managers
  • Regularly allocate some portions of times into field visits with salesforces(PSRs, SMs) and observe their selling interactions with HCPs and identify areas of improvement and coach them directly on spot
  • Deliver and coordinates the delivery of training programs with product Managers or other cross-functional team members
  • Customize and localize regional global training programs where necessary, and implement in line with sub-region plans.
  • Collaborate with regional team for commercial training development plan & project.as well as for marketing people (all levels)
  • Lead and implement the training roadmap and the annual training plan and excellence programs
  • Work collaboratively with key members of BUs to discuss commercial training needs in the organization and to develop training plans to ensure PSRs/SMs are competitively competent with capabilities required by different therapeutic area
  • Participates within Sales/Marketing/Sales Operations work groups as needed. Must be able to utilize any and all resources as part of the “sales training team” by influencing without authority and motivating team members to work toward a common goal.
  • Gathers and compiles feedback/assessments of those associates engaged in & participating in training processes; shares feedback with country leadership team.
  • Use existing data and conducts ongoing needs assessments to lead the process of designing, developing and delivering learning programs through the most effective and appropriate technologies
  • Establish the different training requirements for technical product knowledge and sales/marketing competencies in line with individual development plans
  • Maintain training databases and controls training expenses
  • Lead measurement and tracking of training programs, reporting on impact and ROI
  • As required, attend various seminars and sales conventions to maintain current exposure in product knowledge and training issues
  • Responsible to maintain current training materials and competitive reference materials as well as managing updating of materials
  • Keep the sales training calendar current and participate in improvements of CRM program and other sales training tools
  • Other tasks assigned by your superior.

  • Bachelor degree
  • More than 7 years in Pharmaceutical industry (At least  4 years of training experience)
