Strategic Goals:
Explore future Market/Customer Needs and provide input for Business Field / Product Strategy
Representative of Our company at customers
Market Planning/Forecasting
Duties, Operational tasks and Responsibilities
Leads the sales process and represents Our corporate identity in the market
Account Development for existing and new customers by understanding buying centers, mapping customers organization relevant for Our business and generating strategic sales plans for market / customer
Drives the pre-sales process (sales process stages “changes over time”, “recognition of needs”)
Actively promotes Our technology to their account and ensures accounts representatives join Our Promotion/Marketing events
Strives for customer satisfaction (customer’s advocate) and sets realistic customer expectations
Maintaining CRM System, data completeness and quality in SFDC and associated systems (accounts, contacts, opportunities)
Generates and then develops identified Opportunities:
o clarify real customer needs and feasibility (technical and resources)
o elaborate value for customer (Buying Center Analysis, Value Proposition)
o ensure lean project approach and lean offers + options approach
o challenge cost calculation of operations
o set price within given margin boundaries and/or align with management
o ensure appropriate invoicing plans to facilitate cash flow and risk management
o present quotes and manage customer feedback and offer revision
o actively identify and resolve potential concerns of Buying Center Members
o negotiate technical and commercial conditions
? Support Project Execution including professional handover to the project team, invoicing and payment collection and determining customer satisfaction. By accompanying the project during the order fulfilment process the KAM should identify and realize additional business opportunities (e.g. e-Spares, variations, follow-on activities) from the project (e.g. CS issues)
? Collaborate with other affiliate teams using tools like Sales Force and monitor Budgets for Technical Project Planning
? Prepare customer communication in the form of meetings, customer contact reports, presentations, proposals
? Creates regular reports for their accounts, incl. analysis accounts annual reports
? Meet planned order intake and margins (CC)
? Provide account related market information for the sales forecast to the Sales Team Leader/Sales Director, Affiliate Business Manager (ABM), Affiliate Sales Manager (ASM) / Affiliate Managing Director (AMD)
? Strengthens and supports the Global Account Manager (GAM) or Global Customer Coordinator (GCC), where applicable and provides on a regular basis information to the GAM/GCC about local projects, local price levels and local sales strategy
Provides input on the following to the wider our business:
o marketing goals (markets, customers, competition, business drivers)
o strategic development of the business units
o product development required to meet market requirements
[자격 요건]
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably engineering background such as mechanical, electrical/electronic, mechatronics, SW engineering, etc.)
>5 years of experience in their field of responsibility
Self-responsible, systematic and structured operation
Business development attitude
System, product and application basic knowledge concerning our portfolio
Strategic marketing skills
Team Collaboration
Excellent Communication skills (interpersonal, negotiation) and fluent in English (written and spoken)
Excellent Commercial skills (sales acquisition and order handling)
Willingness to travel and a valid driving license

Battery cell, module, pack tester, battery cycler 에 대한 기술 knowledge 필수
