• - Responsible for ACEP photo, etch and clean product development and launch that is dedicated to the  formulation, customer demo, and delivery of R&D samples to the existing and potential customers. 

Main Tasks & Training

• -  Organize and lead lab experiments for developing ACEP (advanced clean (post ash residue removal (PARR), post CMP clean (PCC)), etch and photo) solutions for semiconductor applications.
  -  Participate in global development projects and regularly discuss project progress with technical marketing and development teams in Germany and Taiwan.
  - Actively participate in projects with development partners and customers and work with “Product & Application Development” engineer for new material/product wafer demonstration and development new project creation
  - Secure IP and co work with global CoE team for reviewing patent landscape and filing patents on ACEP application areas.
  - Co-work with global & local sales to find suitable chemical solutions which meet customer requirements and responsible for optimization of product and to solve the trouble shooting from customers
  - Preparation of data package and report by evaluation of BASF commercial products line or new designed & modified formulation under customer requirements in order to communicate with customers efficiently.
  - Setup standard procedure of measuring procedure, test methodology and data preparations. as well as managing with stabilization of analysis instruments in metrology lab.
  -  Local chemical expert and contact point for global team leaders
  - Explore the technology needs of next generation products and collect marketing information of new development opportunities
  - Forecast the needs and control the fixed cost in the lab.
  - Responsible to implement company's EHS standards and meeting local government regulatory. Ensure that site Process Safety concepts are developed, maintained and improved upon
