Your Role:

• ㆍDemonstrate strong technical product expertise focused on downstream application area, and act as a technical
  information source in the sales process
• ㆍSupport sales in seeding, conversion and troubleshooting to fulfill local customers’ needs
• ㆍActively participate in the sales tactics development with Strategy Execution Specialist and implementation with Account managers.
  ㆍInterface with MSAT at the correct stage in the sales process. Support implementation of corporate initiatives and
  product cycle management in field (e.g. drive conversion, product adoption, etc)
• ㆍBe accountable for portfolio positioning and training for product and application (both internal and external)
• ㆍPartner with Marcom / Events Team to drive awareness of the portfolio in the market / region.
• ㆍCollect and provide local insights on market, competition, regulatory and customer needs to Commercial Strategy Team
• ㆍOther tasks assigned by your superior.

Who You Are:

• ㆍA Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
• ㆍ2~5years experience in biopharmaceutical downstream process development
• ㆍExperience in clarification, ultrafiltration and chromatography applications.
• ㆍStrong customer and sales orientation
• ㆍDemonstrated ability to establish strong partnerships with internal and external partners
• ㆍFluency in spoken and written English
