[Responsibilities]
1. Collaborate with HRBPs/HR CoE and local Admin team to plan and execute
company events, to boost employee engagement, enhance recognition and improve
collaboration;
2. Design initiatives and generate content that help promote the company culture
within the organization;
3. Develop original, innovative editorial content, such as internal newsletter, videos,
or brand-driven campaigns on internal channels;
4. Organize regional Town Halls to connect all regional employees & leaders;
5. Work closely with the regional leaders to develop comprehensive employee
engagement and culture strategy;
6. Provide counselling to internal stakeholders and advise them on communications
tactics and strategy. Provide strategic thinking to assist business leaders in the
planning and execution of regional communications programs;
7. Organize and support recruitment events or employer branding related initiatives.
[Qualifications]
1. 5+ years of relevant experience in organizational culture, internal communications
or employee engagement experience in a global, dynamic and fast-paced
environment;
2. A creative thinker and storyteller with the ability to create engaging employee
experiences. Experience in crafting compelling, targeted marketing messaging for
employer brand;
3. A proven track record of global, cross-functional partnership and relationship
management. Passion and strength for building trust and engagement with
a variety of stakeholders;
4. Excellent project/event management. Ability to multi-task and to meet deadlines.
Proven knowledge of event development, culture promotion, marketing and
brand strategy;
5. Excellent verbal and written communication, experience with Korean social
media/SEO is a plus (copywriting, blogs, articles etc.) to enhance employer brand
in Korea;
6. Experience in A to Z marketing events; planning, promotion, reporting;
7. Experience in communicating with leadership team and leading complex projects
with relevant stakeholders;
8. Fluent in Korean and highly proficient in English; experience working in a
multi-cultural environment is a plus. |
