[Responsibilities]

1) Responsible for managing Packaging related to operations, materials, utilities, SAP system, operational quality, engineering and maintenance
to ensure smooth, continuous, cost effective and controlled manufacture of products in support of the business' forecasts and inventory goals.

2) Manages Packaging operation flow to ensure successful transformation of raw materials into finished products.

3) Assists in the development of Packaging cost control reports, cost estimates, capacity planning, manpower and facility requirements.

4) Tracks key performance metrics. Develops, implements and maintains quality control requirements and processes.

5) Communicates and enforces business objectives, policies and procedures to the Packaging team.

6) Manages the proper installation and routine maintenance of processing equipment.

7) Strong expertise on pharmaceutical packaging processes and equipment, specifically for parenteral platform (for example, serialization, aggregation process, rework and reprocessing)

8) Strong knowledge of quality & compliance / regulatory requirement (GMP & EHS, NC management)

9) Process excellence, lean concepts and tools.

[Requirements]

1) 10 year or more experience in Pharmaceutical Packaging process.(parenteral platform :for example, serialization, aggregation process, rework and reprocessing)

2) Experience in People management and leading organization

3) English communication skill
