About the Role

The role of a Site EHS Manager is to guarantee, according to national legislation, the respect and the enforcement of the Company's EHS policy.

Key Responsibilities

• • 사내 산업환경 관리, 각종 안전관리, 안전교육실시
• • Analyze the site risks and bring solutions to improve the working conditions; the level of industrial safety; and respect of the environment
• • Coach and support the site management and employees
• • Propose annual EHS action plans to the site management
• • Participate in Company's EHS network
• • Monitor legal compliance and manage the site's relations with local government and regulatory organizations
• • Monitor the reporting of EHS indicators (environmental data etc.)
• • Organize and drive EHS audits and trainings
• • Carry out accident enquiries

Key Requirements

• • 산업안전 분야 3년 이상 경력자 (외국계 제조업 근무경력자 우대)
• • 산업안전기사 등 안전관리자 "선임" 가능 자격증 소지자
• • BA or above degree in engineering or related field
• • Experience in a plant or in an industrial environment
• • Knowledge of EHS tools and methods: AMDEC, 5 WHY Methodology, Job Instruction, Audits, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 etc.
• • Knowledge of National Legislation (Safety, EHS related)
• • General knowledge of automotive production and plant technologies
• • Intermediate level of English communication required
• • Knowledge of CEO & CEM
• • Exclusive knowledge of Site EHS management skill
• • Harmonize team and drive strong and smart leadership
